To request a refund, email hello@quantsummit.ai from the email address used at purchase. Include your order number if you have it. We process refunds within 5 business days.
After the refund window has passed, we generally do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your customer portal — you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period and not be charged again.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right applies regardless of our standard policy. Email us to exercise this right.
By starting to use the Service before the 14-day period ends, you may be deemed to have consented to immediate performance and waived the right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Directive. We will, however, honor refunds within 14 days regardless.
For Indian customers, refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe, depending on the payment route used at checkout. Bank and wallet timelines usually range from 5–10 business days. Taxes charged at purchase are refunded where the processor and law permit.
We reserve the right to deny refunds where there is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple accounts, license-key resale, attempts to bypass licensing) or where prohibited by applicable law.
Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the paid period. Refund reverses a past charge and revokes access immediately. Both are easy. Both are fine.
