These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you ("User", "you") and QuantSummit AI, operator of the SpeakDash application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
The Service is licensed via license keys issued at purchase. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. Free-tier usage is unlocked without a key. Detailed license terms are in our End User License Agreement.
Current plans and prices are listed at our pricing page. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is added at checkout where required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then.
Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made until the trial converts. We will email you before the first charge. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on Personal, Pro, and Lifetime purchases. EU/UK consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal. See the Refund Policy for details.
Payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe. The selected processor's terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by us, is owned by QuantSummit AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Open-source components included in the App are governed by their respective licenses, listed in the App's "Acknowledgments" screen.
The audio you dictate and the text generated by the Service are your content. You retain all rights to it. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not store audio or transcripts on our servers (see the Privacy Policy).
The Service relies on third-party providers, including for cloud transcription (e.g., Google Gemini), payments, and crash reporting. Their terms and privacy policies apply to the portion of the Service they provide. We are not responsible for changes to or failures of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that would adversely affect paid subscribers, and where required, offer a pro-rata refund.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TRANSCRIPTION OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE OR FREE OF ERRORS. You are responsible for reviewing transcribed text before relying on it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTSUMMIT AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantSummit AI from any claim arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) content you create or transcribe using the Service that infringes the rights of others.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it to harm others. On termination, your license is revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [INDIA / STATE OF DELAWARE, USA] without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in [CITY, COUNTRY] under the rules of [ARBITRATION BODY — e.g., MCIA for India / AAA for US], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court for intellectual property infringement.
Note for QuantSummit AI: Pick one governing law. Dual is unenforceable. India is fine if entity is Indian; Delaware is common for US-incorporated; we cannot provide both.
To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually, not as a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and via the Site. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
